Pier 32 Marina is pleased to be the finest marina in San Diego. Tenants will enjoy first class amenities and state-of-the-art waterfront facilities.
Located on San Diego Bay at the mouth of the Sweetwater Channel in National City, Pier 32 Marina is located 6 miles south of downtown San Diego. There is total deep water access to the entrance of the marina. By boat, enter at Sweetwater Channel at green buoy #39. By car, take bay Marina Drive exit in National City and head west, turn left onto Marina Way at the first stoplight.
- Pool & Jacuzzi – Our heated pool is 5 1/2 feet deep and long enough for swimming laps.
- Fitness Center – Our 312 square foot fitness center includes free weights, treadmill and eliptical equipment.
- Storage Facilities – Our storage facilities include 41 inside units from 2x2x4 to 2x4x8 and 47 outside units from 2.5x4x6 to 4.5x4x8.
- Parking – Our facility has plenty of parking to accomodate your needs.
- Marina/Slip – Included with your berth on our 20 acre facility are various marina and slip amenities.
