Le Bateau -

4513 square feet is available on the grounds located near the marina entrance where it over looks the 250 slipped vessels. It has a banquet seating capacity of 280, theater style of 300 with a maximum standing capacity of 375. The area includes the beautiful sculpture backdrop of an ancient sailing hull vessel reflecting to National City's historic shipping and sailing past.

The Beach -

1080 square feet is available in the sand also near the marina entrance, National City's only beach front property. It has a banquet seating capacity of 65, theater style seating of 90 and maximum capacity standing of 100.

The Pier -

1720 square feet is available on the Pier overlooking the marina. It has a banquet seating capacity of 150. The perfect backdrop for weddings or parties with plenty of room for a beautiful outdoor dining experience.

The Plaza -

951 square feet is available adjacent to The Pier extending to the concrete area towards the Waterfront Grill. It has a banquet seating capacity of 60, theater style seating of 80 and maximum standing capacity of 80.

The Deck

1400 square feet is available on the upper deck of the marina. It can be used for a variety of functions with a banquet seating capacity of 90, theater style seating of 115 and maximum standing capacity of 120. The spectacular views from the marina plus the quality of the facility will make for a superb event! You can also combine the deck with The Bay Side Room for additional space.

The Bay Side Room

384 square feet can be used for small business meetings where comfortable banquet seating capacity is 24, theater style seating of 30 and maximum standing capacity of 30. A flat screen TV for Power Point presentations and a dry erase board are available for use. With the large roll up doors you can also extend out to The Deck for added capacity.
